Visited FL for some long overdue rest, relaxation & rejuvenation. Asked around for recommendations for massage & got great info about Sara, including the fact that she’d come to me! She responded quickly to my voice mail & we set up a mutually convenient appointment. She was on time, friendly & professional. She set up her own equipment & asked appropriate questions about my health & areas of concern & the type & intensity of massage I preferred. I was sore & tight from working long hours & I did not want heavy, deep tissue work done. She used a variety of techniques & pressures & worked the stress & knots out of my back & neck. She incorporated stretching into the massage that was very helpful, too. Sara was strong, knowledgeable & a good communicator & I got the best massage I’ve had in years. Reasonably priced, too. I am a very satisfied customer & I will book her every time I return to FL. BONUS - she has a joyful air about her, too!

Why recovery work at home makes sense
Deep work can leave you feeling heavy and stiff. If you have to drive afterward, that stiffness meets traffic, a seat belt and a hard seat. When we come to you, the session ends and you are already home. You can lie still, stretch gently, take a shower and settle in, which is a better way to let the work sink in.
